When will i receive my order?
I aim to process your order within 72 hours of receiving it.
Please take into consideration that Crystal-Cutesy only has one employee that wears many hats, therefore at times processing my take longer.
What if my item is damaged?
I always aim for my products to arrive to you in the best possible condition, but if you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please email me using the contact us form, and i would be more than happy to offer you a replacement product or a refund.

I ship all orders with tracked delivery, but if you unfortunately do not receive your order, please contact me in the contact us section.
